The personal and lovingly managed lodge specialises in Horse Safaris, this means that instead of driving with a Landrover, we ride on Horseback through the bush! 70 horses in perfect condition, are available for every type of guest – from the beginner rider to the professional. That was a very special experience, as you can rarely observe zebras, giraffes or rhinos that up close.

The highlight of her trip was an elephant-back safari at a lodge nearby. Anke rode on the elephant’s back through the bush landscape – a goose bump experience!

12 orphaned elephants from Zimbabwe which are continuously trained in the morning, delight the guests at an 1,5h ride every day.
