THAT’S AFRICA is a proud member of the Southern Africa Tourism Service Association (SATSA), a non-profit association representing the private Tourism Sector. SATSA Members, inter alia hotels, tour operators and airlines, have to conform to the highest standards (credibility, stability, integrity) in the Tourism Industry, which are checked on a regular basis.

SATSA guarantees, for instance, that should a SATSA member become insolvent and where a client has paid a deposit for upcoming travel services to that company; that they will ensure the continuation of services or if this is not possible, refund the client.
