Botswana

Take nothing but photos, leave nothing but footprints

Truly Unforgettable

Botswana

Botswana, one of the last true natural paradises on earth, awaits your discovery!

This diverse country is renowned for its remoteness and solitude. In light of this, the Government of Botswana encourages exclusive travel, thereby ensuring a balance is maintained between the number of guests visiting the country and the needs of its pristine environment and natural beauty. This is reflected in the high prices charged. Any visitor to this region will certainly understand why and appreciate this initiative for its worth!

A highlight of every journey to Botswana is the expansive Okavango Delta. This unique ecosystem forms the largest inland delta and is brought to life by seasonal flooding. The Delta has an untold number of tributaries, best explored in a Mokoro (dugout-canoe), gliding noiselessly through water lilies and admiring the plentiful bird- and wildlife up close. A truly unforgettable experience!

The Chobe National Park is best known for its large concentration of elephants, along with good numbers of buffalo, antelope and predators. The Kalahari is a semi-arid desert spanning much of Botswana, as well as parts of Namibia and South Africa. With its distinctive red sands, it plays host to a fascinating diversity of wildlife and plants and provides a refuge for the few original hunters left, the San Bushmen!

Botswana up-close-and-personal: the diversity of species, the untouched vast wilderness, exclusive camps and breathtaking flying safaris exhilarate each guest visiting Botswana!

In Botswana, it is said: “Take nothing but photos, leave nothing but footprints!”
